Acer Aspire 1825PT & 1825PTZ
After negotiating with the Easter Bunny, Acer has apparently agreed to launch just before Easter a couple of new convertible tablets, the Aspire 1825PT and 1825PTZ. Both machines feature a 11.6-inch (likely 1366x768) capacitive touchscreen, a 250GB hard drive, and are pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium.
The 1825PT packs a 1.3 GHz Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor and 4GB of RAM, while the 1825PTZ makes use of 3GB of RAM and a 1.3 GHz Pentium SU4100 chip. Currently the Aspire 1825PTZ can be found listed with a price tag of 693.15 Euro but guessing (and hoping), it will cost a bit less when it does ship, probably around next week.
