  • Flour - 4 cups
  • Baking powder - 2 Teaspoons
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Margarine (melted) - 2 sticks
  • Ripe bananas - 6

  • Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Walnuts (chopped) - ½ cup
  • Quick cooking oats - ½ cup
  • All purpose flour - 1½ cups
  • Shortening - ½ cup
